Avison Young negotiates multiple leases totaling 64,000 sf at Magnus Development’s distribution and logistics facility

Charleston, SC Chris Fraser, CCIM, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s South Carolina offices today announced that it has fully leased a 64,000 square foot industrial building on behalf of Magnus Development Partners. Norman USA, a global window furnishings company, is expanding its cross-docking operations to the East Coast, and will occupy 32,000 square feet (sf) of industrial space at 74 Schein Loop in Beaufort, SC.  The remaining 32,000 sf has been leased to Critical Role, an international multimedia production company.

Magnus Development Partners, the landlord, was represented by Alex Irwin, Vice President, Industrial Services, and Ryan Young, Vice President, Industrial Services, who are based in the firm’s Charleston office.

The class A, tilt-up concrete distribution and logistics facility, is the first of its kind in Beaufort County. A second building is in the planning phase, with an anticipated delivery date Q1 2023.
