Avison Young welcomes Boston-based Justin Dziama to its 2020 Principal Class

Dziama joins more than 600 Principals at leading Principal-owned and -led global commercial real estate firm

Boston, MA Tom Collins, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s New England Region, today announced that Justin Dziama has been named Avison Young Principal, based in the firm’s Boston office. The distinction marks an important milestone at the leading Principal-owned and -led global commercial real estate firm.

Justin began his career with Avison Young in 2013 representing office landlords in Boston and tenants both locally in Massachusetts as well as their portfolio offices throughout the country. He brings 13 years of experience to the industry and has represented transactions for clients in the Greater Boston market including Globalization Partners, Halloran Consulting and Teikametrics.

Prior to his successful career in commercial real estate, Justin was a professional hockey player drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the 1999 draft. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at Boston College and he currently co-heads the BC Hockey Mentoring Group. He also is a cofounder and director of SSC Venture Partners an accelerator program for the top Boston College student led startup companies. SSC provides mentorship, funding, office space, weekly fireside chats and more to the teams selected into the program each summer through a Shark Tank style pitch competition.
