Prior to joining Avison Young, Terry was a founding member of Cresa Dallas and Birmingham.  A 25-year industry veteran, Terry has been involved in transactions valued in excess of $4B in his career.  Prior to founding Cresa Dallas in 1993, Terry worked for Trammell Crow Company and Arthur Andersen.  Terry's clients often note his ability to develop and implement strategies to address complex issues and his strong understanding of the underlying financial issues.

Terry’s background includes development, building acquisition, and project financing/capital structure.  Terry has significant experience not only in single transactions, but also working with clients in managing mid and large portfolios.  This portfolio experience allows him to deliver strategic advantages and best practices to his clients.  Terry’s long-term relationships and many repeat clients are further evidence of his reputation as a skilled negotiator and extraordinary service ethic.
