Sally Zesut focuses on institutional investment sales. In this role, she actively consults with individual and institutional owners on
executing their investment, acquisition and disposition objectives, including the development and management of broker opinions
of value, appraisals, cash flow analyses, comparable analyses, research analytics, 1031 exchanges, site redevelopment, and
adaptive reuse activities.

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Zesut has managed the financing, underwriting, market analysis, and disposition of commercial real
estate, with a particular expertise in institutional-quality assets, for owners throughout Greater Los Angeles. She has represented
institutional owners in asset dispositions as well as implemented business plans, property budgets, and operating expense
reconciliation. She then managed one of Los Angeles’ premier entertainment office properties, Wilshire Courtyard, a 1 million SF
project located in Miracle Mile. The property boasts significant tenants such as E! Entertainment and the Oprah Winfrey Network
(OWN).

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ms. Zesut led DTZ/Cassidy Turley's multi-family investment activity.
