Rob Foss is a Principal and head of the Retail Services Group for Avison Young’s Nashville office, specializing in retailer tenant representation and shopping center management and leasing. The Retail Services Group represents a wide variety of clients from local, regional and national retailers and restaurants, to shopping center owners ranging from REITS to corporate and family entities.

Rob has over 20 years of experience in retail commercial real estate, having worked extensively in all facets of the business including development, leasing, management and tenant representation. Additionally, Rob has a strong background in financing, construction, planning and architecture and has, himself, owned retail property. Rob founded InSite Retail Real Estate, a full-service retail real estate firm covering Tennessee and select southeastern markets, which merged with Nashville-based Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone in 2014. Rob was previously Director of Leasing & Brokerage with Vision Real Estate and with Mission Property Company in Nashville, and the Lauricella Land Company and Corporate Realty in his native New Orleans.
