Mike Jacobs is a senior vice president for the Avison Young Capital Markets group in Nashville, where he is responsible for Retail Investment Sales brokerage,  formulating acquisition / disposition strategies, feasibility studies, and market analysis for clients. Mike has represented a vast array of clients ranging from developers and investors to publicly traded REITs and institutions. He previously was responsible for all financial underwriting for the Capital Markets Group for all property types.  Aside from institutional clients, Mike serves a variety of private and international investor clients. Additionally, Mike was elected by the Nashville Business Journal as a 2015 Power Broker and 1 of 5 brokers selected within Cornerstone to participate in an Emerging Talent Program.

Mike was most recently a broker with Cushman & Wakefield| Cornerstone Capital Markets Group, where he and his team were responsible for nearly $300 million in transaction volume consisting of over 1.6 million square feet in 2012 alone. He was previously employed as a Real Estate Analyst, modelling and pricing commercial and residential properties.  He was also employed as an Equity Financial Analyst where he was in charge of analysing macroeconomic and microeconomic trends and metrics while responsible for the on going financial analysis of 15 different public companies.
