Melissa Liles is an accomplished broker specializing in office leasing and tenant representation. She brings over a decade of real estate experience to each client assignment.  Prior to joining Avison Young, Melissa worked with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone, where she executed more than 100 transactions totaling over 1.5 million square feet with a total transaction value of $215 million. Melissa also previously worked as a Leasing Associate at Healthcare Realty, a medical office developer, where she focused on marketing and leasing new development projects throughout the United States. Additionally, she has held positions in finance and healthcare with Regions Financial Corporation’s regional real estate and underwriting division and Fiserv Pharmacy Solutions.  Melissa is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and was named one of Cushman & Wakefield’s “2013 Emerging Brokers,” chosen from all global C&W markets, and one of only 7 Brokers globally from an Alliance Market.  Most recently, she was named as a recipient of the 2016 Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.
