Laura (Eshelman) Peterson joined Avison Young as an Associate in 2016. She provides tenant representation and corporate services as a member of the Morris-McNair team. Laura is responsible for financial modeling, lease analysis, and market research for the team’s clients. Laura moved to Avison Young from Gensler, where she was a designer specializing in space programming, planning, budgeting and build outs for office tenants. Prior to Gensler, Laura worked as a paralegal for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she researched and abstracted complex legal documents. Laura holds a Masters in Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, where she graduated with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa honors.
