Kevin offers his clients an unmatched level of professionalism, comprehensive market knowledge, and strict adherence to ethical standards. Early in his real estate career, Kevin sharpened his real estate acumen as a Sr. Consultant with Ernst & Young’s National Real Estate Practice where he completed a variety of engagements including real property valuation, purchase price allocation, and feasibility studies for notable investment banks, hedge funds and corporate clients. He parlayed the experience into a successful brokerage career where he currently specializes in office, industrial sales and leasing as well as land acquisition, investment sales, tenant representation, site selection, and development services. Kevin’s successes are a result of his “client first” mantra, strong work ethic, and continuing effort to formulate creative ways to market his client’s assets and problem solve. Kevin is also very engaged in the Phoenix community where he has had the honor of serving The Salvation Army in a variety of ways including as the finance chairperson at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in south Phoenix.

In 2009, Kevin joined GPE Commercial Advisors as a Senior Vice President of commercial real estate sales.  Prior to joining GPE, Kevin was the President/Designated Broker/Co-founder of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance West where he managed the day-to-day business of the commercial brokerage while concurrently completing commercial real estate transactions for his clients.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the esteemed hospitality program at Northern Arizona University and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting also from Northern Arizona University. He graduated with highest honors from each program.
