Justin Dziama serves as a Vice President in Avison Young's Boston office, focusing exclusively on the leasing side for both office and retail clients. His primary channels of business consist of two aspects of real estate: Tenant Advisory and Landlord Representation. 

If a user is looking to either lease office and/or retail space in the Boston area, Justin assists by identifying available space alternatives, arranging and overseeing property tours of spaces, creating comparative cost analyses for the different alternatives, negotiating the most favorable terms possible, and reviewing the final lease documents to ensure all terms negotiated are incorporated into the transaction.

For landlord clients, Justin assists with sale or lease of vacant office space located in Boston’s submarkets. He enables building owners to identify the most likely users for their space, and he creates and executes an aggressive marketing plan in order to get the vacant space filled as quickly as possible.

Justin most recently spent two-and-a-half years at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners as an Assistant Vice President on its leasing team focused on the Downtown, Seaport, and Back Bay markets. He worked closely with both landlords and tenants negotiating on their behalf. Justin spent the first four years of his commercial real estate career as a member of the business development team at the CoStar Group.

Prior to his successful career in commercial real estate, Justin was a professional hockey player. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at Boston College and he currently co-heads the BC Hockey Mentoring Group and reached out to the community as a member of the HEAR (Helping Educate through Athletic Responsibility) program during his years at school.  He also co-heads the annual Beanpot Luncheon that sends the proceeds to the Saint Columbkille Partnership School in Brighton, MA.
