Jay previously worked for Grubb & Ellis, First Commercial and had his own company, Commercial Real Estate Corporation, based in Miami. Jay also owned and operated an art gallery for 14 years in Coral Gables. The gallery featured the art of Marcie Ziv, Jay’s wife, whose work is known both locally and internationally.
