Tina Harris joined Avison Young’s Retail Advisory Services Group as Senior Leasing Representative in May 2011. Tina is a top leasing professional with 15 years experience of diversified portfolio spanning power centers, regional malls, and mixed-use developments for both wholly owned centers and third party contracts. Bringing her experience to Avison Young, she will focus her efforts on in-line mall and shopping center leasing.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Tina most recently operated and owned her own consulting company. Her experience also includes more than 10 years at General Growth Properties where she was consistently a top performer. Tina has been actively involved in strategic planning, remerchandising and budget preparation to meet income and merchandising goals of the shopping centers. Tina has cultivated strong relationships with many top retailers and has leased projects such as Coastland, Governor’s Square, Northpark, Oglethorpe, Peachtree, Regency Square, Riverchase Galleria, The Esplanade, and The Oaks Mall.
