Cory Wosnack, a Principal with Avison Young and in his 17th year with the firm, is an industry leader focusing on Edmonton's office market. Cory has earned his reputation as one of Alberta’s most active agents in the market by brokering over 1,000 transactions during his career. Cory has been the recipient of Avison Young’s Award of Excellence for the past five consecutive years - a distinction awarded to the firm’s top performers in North America.

Cory has a lengthy resume representing the needs of tenants to maximize their real estate efficiencies which may include lease renewals, expansions, relocations, subleases and terminations. Cory enjoys his opportunities to be involved in various community and charitable organizations.
