Zach is a Planning Consultant who joined Avison Young in 2025. He holds a BSc (Hons) in City Planning and Environmental Policy from University College Dublin (UCD), where he graduated in 2023, and is a member of both the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Since graduating, Zach has built experience across a wide range of planning projects, including large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments from feasibility through to submission. His work has also encompassed site appraisals and development feasibility studies, rezoning submissions, planning appeals, and specialist research such as student accommodation and hotel overconcentration assessments. He has supported both public and private sector clients, providing clear and practical planning advice tailored to project needs.
