Usman Dagli joined Avison Young in 2025 as a Senior Financial Analyst. A CFA charterholder with over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and investment, Usman has developed a strong track record in underwriting, financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic advisory across industrial, multifamily, office, and retail asset classes.

He has successfully led transactions across Canada and India, combining deep market insight with analytical rigor to deliver value-driven, customized solutions for investors, landlords, and occupiers.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Usman worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led a team of financial analysts providing underwriting support to over 60 brokers across Western Canada. He also gained extensive experience at Third Space Properties, where he was involved in full-cycle deal execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, market analysis, and strategic negotiations. These roles have equipped him with a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective on the commercial real estate market.
