Tom joined Avison Young’s London Planning Team in August 2023 as an Associate Planner. Prior to this, Tom worked for a residential MMC developer within the South East after a number of years of working in planning consultancy with a wide range of clients with a focus towards London and the South East.

Tom provides planning advice on a variety of projects within the residential, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors, acting as the planning lead and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary project teams through the planning process.
