Tiernan Armstrong is an Associate broker in Avison Young’s Greenville office, focusing on representing occupiers with industrial and flex real estate needs. He brings his passion for working in a client facing environment, seeing tremendous success in increasing sales in previous roles in the service industry.

An Upstate native, Tiernan was exposed to industrial real estate at a young age, assisting his father in managing a sizable manufacturing plant. He learned the day-to-day workings of the plant, gradually taking on progressively greater responsibilities including truck scheduling, shipment planning and coordination, and quality control inspection. He has a deep understanding of industrial logistics, and an analytical and data-driven mind set, enabling him to offer clients solutions that truly fit their needs.

Tiernan attended Roanoke College where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. He was also a student athlete, playing on the men’s soccer team, serving as Captain for two years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outside - fly fishing, hiking, and mountain biking.
