Tessa specializes in selling and leasing industrial properties across the Greater Toronto Area, with a keen focus on the Central GTA submarket.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Tessa held roles that closely supported the real estate industry, including environmental consulting and construction project management. Having worked on numerous environmental and geotechnical site assessments for institutional and private entities, Tessa now lends a unique perspective to all real estate transactions.

Tessa’s background has helped her sell and lease numerous environmentally complex sites during her career by finding creative solutions and bridging the gap between various stakeholders.
