Tate Blalock started his career in commercial real estate with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. There, he led Phoenix’s healthcare capital markets
team and facilitated numerous transactions. After that, he founded his own real estate company, Blalock Medical Investments, where he continued representing private investors, developers, and REITs. In 2023, Tate became an Associate at Avison Young Phoenix Retail Team.

As a member of the Avison Young Retail Team, Tate is responsible for collaborating with landlords, developers, and investors to identify optimal tenants
for a well-established portfolio of properties. These properties encompass an array of real estate categories, such as ground-up development, power
centers, grocery-anchored centers, PADs, and other property types. In carrying out his duties, Tate applies his vast knowledge of the real estate industry and leverages his exceptional networking and negotiation skills to ensure the optimal placement of tenants in the properties.

Tate is entrusted with the responsibility of identifying strategic expansion and relocation opportunities by leveraging statistical and fundamental analysis. His objective is to apply his previous experience in the market intelligence sector of the industry to his new clients by conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying suitable sites, and applying his extensive experience in contract negotiations.
