Steven started with Avison Young Winnipeg over 16 years ago, and is a consistent top producer. He is a proud life long Winnipegger, and with his curiosity, and passion for real estate, he has developed a deep understanding of Manitoba’s commercial real estate market. 

Steven has a client first focus, and enjoys the process of guiding his clients through the sales and leasing process, with a creative problem solving perspective. 

His strong analytical finance background allows for thorough underwriting on commercial investment sales, and has enabled him to successfully negotiate a wide range of complex and significant transactions in the Manitoba marketplace.

Steven currently serves on his daughters daycare Executive Board of Directors and is acting Chair of Fundraising.  He previously served six years on the Downtown BIZ Executive Board and during this time chaired a number of committees including the Nominating Committee. He also served a three year term at the Winnipeg Real Estate Commercial Division Executive Board.
