The real estate agent began his professional career in 1998 at Colliers Müller International Immobilien GmbH (now BNP PARIBAS) as a consultant in the field of office leasing.

After various stops at leading brokerages, further education in real estate economics (ebs) and to CREA® - Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst at IREBS / DVFA Stefan switched as team leader and authorized signatory to VÖLCKERS & CIE and was responsible for the expansion of the Investment Transaction area.

On 1 July 2019, VÖLCKERS & CIE became part of Avison Young - since then Stefan has been working for Avison Young as Director Investment. In 2020 he he became deputy branch manager for the Hamburg office.
