Stan focuses on income properties and owner-user assets in the industrial and office sectors of the Inland Empire. He represents a diverse range of owner/operators, developers, investors and users. His client base is comprised of small private equity groups up to multi $ Billion capital/equity funds and end-users ranging from entry level start-ups to S&P 500 companies. With nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Stan has participated in 3 million± square feet of sale and lease transactions in just the past five years. Stan was also instrumental in developing the real estate brokerage services division of a real estate investment and development firm whose commercial real estate holdings were in excess of 4.5 million square feet of property, plus thousands of acres of land throughout California, Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Over the past several years, Stan has received numerous top producer awards and various other accolades.

Stan is an avid saltwater fishing enthusiast and currently resides in Temecula with his wife and two children. He is an active member of his church, volunteering regularly serving as co-chairman on the Building Fund Campaign committee and on its Safety Team.
