Sally has approximately 13 years’ experience in both the public and private sector, working on a variety of mixed-use commercial, institutional and residential schemes, with particular focus on sites with heritage interest. Her role involves the coordination and submission of planning applications, preparation of planning appraisals, site promotion and the provision of strategic planning advice.

Sally has worked on high-profile major mixed-use redevelopment projects across the South West including the redevelopment of the former Avon Fire and Rescue Headquarters site and Redcliff Quarter, both within Redcliffe Conservation Area (Bristol); the mixed-use redevelopment of the former Bath Press (with the World Heritage City of Bath), the redevelopment of Exeter College’s Hele Road Campus within St. Davids Conservation Area (Exeter) and the residential development of Marlborough Park (Swindon) to deliver circa 400 dwellings and public open space. Sally is also the lead planner advising on a strategic mixed-use residential-led urban extension to Chippenham (1,000 dwellings, school and local centre), advising on reserved matters applications, conditions, CIL and s106 obligations associated with the consent to facilitate the delivery of the development.
