Ryan Miller joined Avison Young in January 2021 with over 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience having worked on valuations in all asset classes throughout Western Canada with a focus on industrial and investment grade industrial valuations. Ryan produces and analyzes cash flows and financial models using Argus Enterprise for investment properties and has undertaken assignments for various large-scale portfolio projects. Ryan has worked with a wide a wide variety of government, local, national, and international clientele on assignments to assist with financing, financial reporting, internal decision making, cash-in-lieu for Municipal Reserve, wills/estates, matrimonial disputes, foreclosure proceedings, arbitration, negotiation and other purposes.

Ryan holds the AACI, P.App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada as well a Certificate in Real Property Assessment from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma of Business Administration majoring in Appraisal and Assessment with Lakeland College.
