Richard Lees is a Senior Project Manager with Avison Young’s Ontario Project Management Services team. He specializes in corporate commercial office implementation from space requirements and building selection to project close-out and reconciliation. This includes executing the entire project through design, working drawings, construction, and move-in as well as developing and managing the project budgets and schedules. Richard has consistently demonstrated an ability to manage project teams and control all aspects of the project to deliver a project that has met all objectives and expectations. Before joining Avison Young, Richard had worked within architectural firms for over two decades, managing projects from conception to move-in.
