Phil has over 23 years of experience in the real estate brokerage business. After earning his MBA is real estate finance, Phil has been involved in several transactions ranging from tenant representation leasing to ground-up development, value-add acquisition, and repositioning. Phil’s greatest strength comes from helping entrepreneurs turn their companies’ real estate positions into assets, rather than liabilities.

Phil prides himself on his ability to uncover off-market opportunities and orchestrate creative solutions to opportunistic transactions. His goal is to always protect the client with the overall goal of limiting risk while adding value.

After pursuing independent investment projects over the last decade, Phil has returned to the Avison Young team with a deep level of entrepreneurial and investment insight required to propel its business development strategy forward.
