Paul is Director and National Head of Environmental Services Team within the Energy and Natural Resources business.

Over the last 16 years, he has established a highly regarded niche consultancy practice that specialise in advising banks, investment trusts, commercial property funds, insolvency practitioners and other corporate clients on all aspects of environmental due diligence during property transactions.

His main areas of expertise include; large scale property portfolios, contaminated land, waste management, flood risk, dealing with complex industrial sites, environmental law/permitting, preparing abnormal cost assessments, identifying areas of environmental liability/risk, negotiating with vendors/purchasers and presenting clear advice in plain English.
