Paul Mastroeni is a Director, Project Management overseeing projects in the New York metropolitan area and New Jersey. Mr. Mastroeni is responsible for project management related activities for Avison Young’s larger corporate interiors projects, ground-up construction projects and site work improvements. Through effective communication with his clients, Mr. Mastroeni defines project objectives and develops budgets, schedules and communication plans to successfully manage a project from conception to completion. His experience allows him to foresee potential areas of  risk and resolve them by working with clients and consultants to provide alternate solutions.

Paul has also managed multiple projects nationwide simultaneously for ADP and TD Bank. Paul assisted in defining a strategy and process for all the facility projects around the country. He was responsible for developing and communicating corporate standards for each project he worked on. Paul’s impact resulted in a more streamlined process and improved oversight for ADP and TD Bank. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Mastroeni was employed with The Walsh Company for 5 years.
