Michelle joined Avison Young in May 2012 and concentrates on the disposition of industrial product across the United States. Michelle has extensive financial analysis, due diligence review and complex pricing scenario experience and has worked with some of the top industry leaders such as Vornado Realty where she was responsible for projected revenue analysis, preparation of monthly financial statements, budget analysis and quarterly forecasting.  Michelle exhibits extensive market knowledge with a strong financial background that provides a full scope of services required for complex real estate transactions.
