Michele Stewart combines nine years of commercial real estate experience with a background in nursing and medical research to provide customized real estate solutions to clients in the medical, life sciences, biotechnology, and capital markets communities. Raised in North Carolina with deep roots in the Triangle area, Michele brings extensive market intelligence to the table and utilizes it to empower her clients in making the best real estate decisions for their needs.
Her wide range of experience, including property management, tenant and owner leasing, investment portfolio properties, senior/assisted living/geriatric facilities, and multifamily properties and construction, allows her to offer a valuable and all-encompassing lens when it comes to her clients.
Prior to pursuing real estate, Michele was employed at Duke Medical Center for many years after studying nursing in Durham, North Carolina, and biology at NC State University. Her interest in health expanded to her personal life and led her to earn the designation of a 500RYT certified yoga instructor, as well as multiple credentials supporting an integrative, holistic approach to healthy living.
Michele is highly involved in philanthropy and has served in many leadership roles within organizations that serve the underserved in the communities around her. In her free time, Michele enjoys activities outdoors with her three sons, playing golf with her better half and spending time with her two Pomeranians.
