Before joining Avison Young, Matt was a commercial real estate advisor at ESP Commercial Realty. In this capacity, he provided tenant representation, leasing and sales advisory services to various companies, local businesses, and property owners across the market. Matt’s data-driven approach provides his clients with distinct and innovative insights, enabling well-informed business decisions that benefit property owners along with companies, their employees, and their bottom line.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Matt was the managing founder of a commercial cleaning and facility service company in the Raleigh-Durham region. Under his leadership, the company achieved consistent year-over-year growth and client satisfaction, a result of the meaningful relationships nurtured by his team with local businesses and property owners across the region. This prior experience has allowed Matt to better advise his clients and protect their interests.

During his leisure time, Matt enjoys cherished moments with his family, playing soccer, fishing, running, and traveling.
