Marty Mikaitis became a part of Avison Young in 2019 and currently serves as a Principal in the Industrial Brokerage Services Group at the Suburban Chicago office in Rosemont, IL. He provides comprehensive brokerage services, such as tenant, buyer, and ownership representation, build-to-suit projects, land development, investment analysis, acquisitions, and dispositions. His main focus areas are the I-55 South Corridor and I-80 markets in Illinois, as well as Northwest Indiana. Additionally, Marty handles site selection projects nationwide for various industry companies.

Before joining Avison Young, Marty worked as an associate at Darwin Realty, where he gained extensive experience in industrial brokerage services. He started his career in the financial markets as a sales trader, specializing in brokering and analyzing index options and futures.

Since joining Avison Young, Marty has been involved in transactions totaling 26.8 million square feet, 1200+ acres, and $715 million in total consideration, representing a diverse range of institutional investors and corporate users.
