Lisa Maki, CCIM is the Market Leader for the Nashville office and a Principal for Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group. She joined Avison Young Nashville in 2015, where she focuses on all sectors of investments sales with a primary focus on office, multifamily and land in the urban core and the surrounding region. Her role, in concert with other team members, includes recruitment, production, strategic planning and special projects, client business development and various marketing initiatives.

She has participated in over $1.345 billion of sales and leasing transactions during her 19 years in commercial real estate. Maki is active in the community and the industry, serving as a board chair or active member with various professional and non-profit organizations within the Nashville community. Prior to commercial real estate, she has more than 18 years of experience in the airline industry working in several different capacities such as the government sector, corporate and professional sports environments.
