Lisa’s role at Avison Young is supporting the Capital Markets Team, Industrial Team and providing support for the Capital Market Group and the Retail team. She is responsible for project management and the tactical execution of marketing initiatives and programs including collateral material development such as proposals, offering memorandums, and electronic brochures. Lisa provides due diligence assistance for investment sales clients, prepares and distributes legal contracts to include commission agreements, lease agreements, listing contracts, etc. She also assists with special events management and media and public relations efforts as needed.
Most recently Lisa worked in a marketing role at Alcorn Construction, Inc., a locally-based general contractor. She previously spent five years in a cross-functional role at Westfield Development, a commercial real estate investment, development, and management firm, providing a high volume of complex and confidential support to multiple partners/principals and ancillary support to others on the senior management team.
Lisa began her real estate career as research analyst for the Investment Properties Institutional Group at the CBRE, Inc. Denver office in 2005. From 2005 to 2011 Lisa worked within the Institutional and Private Capital Markets divisions in Denver at Frederick Ross Company and then at Grubb & Elllis Company. Both companies were later acquired and rebranded into Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. In 2013 Lisa assumed the role of business development writer at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, primarily responsible for effective and compelling business writing for all pursuit and business development related activities, public relations and special projects.
