Julien Marois started his real estate career in 2004. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2012, he acted as a real estate broker with one of the world’s largest brokerage firms, working with the company’s Private Capital Group for several years.
Julien has advised clients on a wide array of transactions, including sales, sale-leasebacks and acquisitions. Through extensive market intelligence, excellent communication skills, creative ideas, strategic marketing and aggressive negotiation skills, Julien provides his clientele with outstanding service while saving them time and money.
Julien’s enviable experience in real estate sales also makes him an expert at identifying investment opportunities for clients looking to purchase commercial properties.
Julien has represented the interests of private owners as well as major institutional owners, both on the local and the international scene. He has worked with prestigious clients such as Manulife, SSQ and First Capital Realty.
Julien holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from École des Sciences de la Gestion (UQAM), specializing in marketing.
