Previously, as Senior Vice President at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, a leading middle-market investment banking firm, John specialized in new business development, capital raising (equity), debt financing, debt restructuring, sale-leasebacks, and investment advisory services. John's tenure at Colliers International as Senior Vice President further solidified his standing as a trusted advisor in real estate transactions. There, he managed the full investment lifecycle for industrial, retail, office, healthcare, and multi-use properties. He is credited with securing some of the firm's most significant deals, including a $14.9 million lease transaction for RPM International in Toronto and a complex $5.5 million sale-leaseback transaction for Thermal during a challenging market period. His ability to lead negotiations, manage financial analysis, and ensure risk mitigation made him one of the top producers during his time at Colliers.
