Jeff Burger is a Senior Director in the Consulting and Advisory Group in Avison Young’s New York City office. Jeff leverages his real estate experience and analytical background to support leasing transactions. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Jeff continues to expand the depth and coverage of the Consulting and Advisory Group in New York. Utilizing market data and comparable transactions as the foundation of every analysis, Jeff works directly with Avison Young’s clients to customize executive-level analyses and presentations on every assignment.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Jeff served as a Director of Financial Analysis for The Vortex Group, a boutique real estate advisory company specializing in office leasing. While there, he was responsible for the formation and implementation of strategic real estate solutions for leasing transactions in the New York City metropolitan area. He represented and worked with real estate entities including multinational REITs, real estate funds, private building owners, managers and tenants.
Recent assignments Jeff has worked on include Cozen O’Connor P.C., McLaughlin & Stern LLP, Key Square Group, LP, Coller Capital and Norris McLaughlin, P.A.. In addition, he has assisted in the leasing of numerous Manhattan office buildings, including 530 Fifth Avenue, 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 1501 Broadway, 825 Seventh Avenue, 211 East 43rd Street and 120 West 45th Street.
