Gurpreet is a Senior Analyst working alongside the Multifamily, Investment, and Debt Financing teams in Calgary, Alberta. He leads a team of three focusing on providing time sensitive research, due diligence, analysis and underwriting on investment transactions involving all asset classes of real estate in the Greater Calgary, Central Alberta and Southern Alberta regions. He is also directly involved in the preparation of the teams marketing materials including CIMs, listing proposals and team distributions.
