As a Senior Insight Analyst, Grant serves as a strategic partner with Avison Young’s brokerage teams as well as Insight leadership to produce data-driven insights and advise occupier and investor clients across Texas.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Grant spent five years with JLL in Washington, DC where he covered the DC and Suburban Maryland office markets. Throughout his research tenure he was heavily involved in advisory services where he engaged a variety of real estate stakeholders throughout the Metro DC market. In 2019, Grant transitioned to JLL’s Government Investor Services group where he specialized in leasing to the federal government across the nation. In this role, he conducted financial analyses, led lease negotiations, spearheaded federal leasing research, and was involved in the execution of 800,000 sf of leasing transactions.
