Prior to joining Avison Young, Erick Parulan was a Senior Research Analyst for Kidder Mathews in Irvine, CA for 5 years. His list of duties included performing in-depth market research and analysis, contribute to the creation of offering memorandums and BOV’s, quarterly market report publications, market area overviews, and capture and maintain quality control of comps and data/statistics within the company’s in-house platform. He’s built several relationships with local researchers throughout the years across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire and frequently held meetings to go over market insights.

Erick graduated from Cal State Fullerton University with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
