Scott Wyatt has worked in Property Management Accounting for multi-family and student housing for over two decades. As Property Accountant for Avison Young's Memphis Office, he is responsible for managing the lease accounting and financial reporting for the firm to ensure accuracy and efficiency. He also assists in the preparation of annual budgets and works with the Property Management team on all related tenant and client requirements, billing, and reporting packages. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Scott served as a senior staff accountant for Tesco Properties where he developed detailed analysis reports for all properties, and delivered monthly property financials to senior management. He also served as Accountant for CLK Multifamily Management, Property Analyst for Education Realty Trust, as well as Property Accountant for Mid-America Apartment Communities.
