Chris Hart joined the SoCal family from AY Boston. As a Data Analyst, he is responsible for reviewing and strategizing how to capture and enhance micro data daily, ensuring that core real estate and real estate-adjacent data are accurately captured and enlivened in AVANT to anchor the Innovation team’s data-driven insights. Most recently, Chris has been focused on building out the AVANT platform in Boston across the office, industrial and lab markets.
