Chase is an Associate specializing in both tenant representation and agency leasing in the retail sector. Prior to joining Avison Young, Chase served as head of property management for a Columbia, SC based firm where he built positive, lasting relationships with tenants while exceeding expectations of owners by driving cash flow growth. 
 
Throughout college, Chase spent summers interning with a development company, spending time on numerous construction sites and gaining valuable hands-on experience in commercial upfits.  
 
Leveraging this experience he is eager to bring his dedication, attention to detail, and unmatched work ethic to brokerage where he can provide his clients with the best-in-class service to fulfill their goals and maximize the value of their real estate assets. 
 
When he’s not in the office Chase enjoys playing golf, duck hunting, and spending time on the water.
