Chas Simcox is a Principal and a key member of Avison Young’s Tenant Advisory Group and Occupier Solutions team. Mr. Simcox’s practice is both local and national in scope representing corporate users in the Twin Cities/Florida and with portfolios across North America. His 20 years of experience in the industry gives his clients best-in-class results with a proven process, national market experience and concierge level service. He is licensed in Minnesota and Florida and operates out of both the Twin Cities, MN and Southwest Florida. Prior to joining Avison Young, Chas was an Associate Director of Corporate Services at Cresa, where he specialized in tenant representation and corporate services.
