Chantel Wong joined Avison Young in 2023, specializing in the marketing, leasing and sales of industrial properties across Metro Vancouver. Working alongside Ryan Kerr, Garth White, Joe Lehman, Bryn Cartwright, Amir Pourmina and Katie Delesalle, she is actively involved in every aspect of the transaction process, including contract management, strategic marketing execution, client communication, and market analysis.

Chantel brings more than 10 years of industry experience to the team, having worked for one of BC’s most prominent residential homebuilders, Canada’s largest commercial brokerage, and a local commercial/industrial real estate developer. She graduated from the Marketing Management program at BCIT’s School of Business, specializing in Commercial Real Estate.
