Cara Stamp has joined the Denver office of Avison Young as a Research Analyst. In this role, she provides statistical analysis of the Denver market across all sectors, including quarterly market reports on the state of the industry and thought leadership on new trends affecting both the Denver commercial market and the greater economy at large.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Cara supported the Capital Deployment team for industrial REIT Prologis in Dallas, TX. In this capacity, she was responsible for the creation and maintenance of a database and corresponding geo-coded map designed to track competitive starts and better identify trends in the market. Cara was also responsible for any marketing tasks related to the team’s acquisition and development deals, including assembling look books for client meetings and investor tours and coordinating lunch-and-learn presentations for brokers. Cara also served at the customer data specialist for One Voice, a Salesforce-based project focused on improving data accuracy and completeness in customer and broker contact pages.
A Denver native, Cara earned a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH, double majoring in Art History and Spanish. Cara went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin for graduate school, earning an MA in Art History with a focus on the Italian Renaissance. Outside of work, Cara enjoys playing beach volleyball and traveling.
