Brad Sinclair brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Since beginning his career as a founding partner of Hotel Assets Group, LLC in 2007 with Keith Thompson, he has been involved in over $6b in hotel real estate transactions nationwide. In 2017 Sinclair joined AY through the acquisition of HAG. Brad’s focus on investor relations, client retention, branding, marketing, property analysis, and the division’s strategic growth makes him a valuable resource to Avison Young. Prior to his tenure in real estate, he was a college pastor at his local church. Brad holds a degree from Clayton State University in Organizational Leadership and serves his local community through several non-profit charities and ministries.

Brad is married and lives with his wife and two daughters in Atlanta. He enjoys running varied distance races regularly if there’s a medal, a good t-shirt and donuts at the finish line. When Brad isn’t running double-digit miles with friends, you can find him watching movies, exploring new cities with his family, or enjoying a fire on his back porch with friends.
