Beth joined Avison Young in 2019 and is currently working within both Capital Markets and Restructuring Solutions based in Manchester. Beth is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Beth’s’ experience includes advising a mix of clients including banks, peer-to-peer/alternative lenders, Insolvency Practitioners, Local Authorities and High Net Worth individuals across a range of sectors including Industrial, Residential (both development and investments), Offices, and Retail & Leisure. Beth has advised clients across a variety of both distressed and non-distressed scenarios.
