Coining, Inc. is the largest manufacturer of gold tin and other solder and brazing preforms worldwide. Avison Young served as the tenant representative for Coining Inc., on the relocation and interior build-out of their new 60,000 SF domestic manufacturing facility and headquarters located at 15 Mercedes Drive in Montvale, New Jersey. Avison Young provided the preliminary space planning and programming designs, managed the Architectural and MEP Engineering RFP process as well as the bidding and leveling process for the selection of the General Contractor.
