Avison Young worked with Normandy Real Estate Partners as the owner’s representative to develop Atlantic City’s first non-gaming boutique hotel in sixty years, The Chelsea. The 330 room hotel features a soft water swimming pool, luxury spa, and two Steven Starr restaurants: Chelsea Prime and Teplitskies.
